A book which just touches the surface February 25, 2004 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Although this book might be good for basic knowledge, it has only a very vague coverage of Corn Snake care. This book would be helpful for a person who is interested in a reptile pet as a guide to the basic needs of a Corn Snake to help them decide if a Corn is the right pet for them. Otherwize, it is largely unhelpfull and possibly the least well-informed Corn Care book. Anyone who is intent on buying a Corn, or who already has one would be better off looking at other, more detailed books such as The Corn Snake Manual.
A very good buy August 31, 2001 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
This book is by far the best I have seen for beginners. It has all the information you could ever need on the subject of your Corn snakes. This book really gave me a lot of help and useful advise when I bought my first Corn snake. Since then, I have developed a very large interest in all snakes. Overall, a great book and a valuable buy for any Corn snake keeper. Neil Bowick
