5 out of 5 stars Brilliant!!   May 23, 2008

I really do diagree with all the other reviewers about this book, probably because I knew very little about Jon's life before I read it.
"Jon Bon Jovi" goes into great detail about the great man's early years and how the legendary rock band Bon Jovi came to be, I found the whole thing totally interesting and once I picked it up, I found it hard to put back down. Brilliantly written and makes for compulsive reading, this really is a wonderful portrait of a legend.
If you're looking for a good read, I recommened this biography.

I have been a great Bon Jovi fan for many years, but sorry I would not recommend this book. The book told me nothing that I didn't already know about how Bon Jovi started out and how their success grew around the world to become what they are today.

3 out of 5 stars QUITE BORING   January 2, 2004

I am a big fan of Bon Jovi, most of all Jon. I am studying English and I thought it would be a good thing to read the book, know about Jon's life and practise my English but I must say I have found the book a bit boring, there are only a few photos and the contents are explained in a way a bit slow to my opinion. I am only half of the way though and I expect it will get better. A big kiss to all Bon Jovi's fans!
