This is the one book anyone involved in planning any kind of habitat creation should own and read. The advice in this book is concise, logical and above all based on sound ecolgical principals. The sections on grassland and woodland are particularly good and should be read by anyone who has ever contemplated creating a spring or summer meadow or planting trees using standard forestry spacings!
