Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars This is a textbook used by undergraduate dieticians.   December 20, 2000

This is a big fat textbook used by undergrad dietitians (and some other health care professionals). It is not a book for those who are just interested in nutrition as a certain level of biochemistry and physiology is required to gain anything from it. It is mainly concerned with the clinical application of nutrition. Sections may be enlightening for those with ongoing conditions which require nutritional therapy.
