I have just received this book only to find out that it is in Spanish. Why is it not stated when advertised!!!! This is totally useless to me and I like everyone else who buys it in the UK need to return it, please advise how.
I strongly suggest you make it clear in future on Amazon that this is in Spanish. I have wasted a lot of time with this as have you because this is blatantly misrepresented.

Just received this book I am a huge Kay Scarpetta fan but like everyone else who bought this book very disappointed that it is in Spanish.
Amazon do not make it very clear and had to search to find information to that fact.
Please amazon make it more clear or you will just keep getting them back for refunds.

Merry Christmas to you all! I too have just recieved my copy of Kay Scarpetta's book, and guess what? it's in spanish! I have just been on and checked and it's not obvious that it's been translated into spanish (surprise, surprise!) I guess I should have read the other 5 reviews from disgruntled customers as they just about sum it up really. On the plus note I am learning Spanish and a Spanish friend of mine said she learnt english from reading Stephen King books so here goes! (p.s it would be fair to say my friend can come across as a it scary at times!!!!!!)

My complaint is the same as several other purchasers. There was no obviou indication on the website that the book is in Spanish. When I complained to Amazon, they referred me to the sales firm, who claimed that it was stated on the site. I have not been able to find this reference, and so obviously have several others had the same difficulty.
Amazon, this is a breach of trust, and I find your behaviour most unsatisfactory. You should at the least make a public apology - and also accept the return of the books in question, absolving the purchasers from the resulting costs. That would be the action of a responsible firm.
