Recommended August 20, 2008 Is this better than Amazing Earth? Definitely: the story narrated in a scientific supported way, better graphics, excellent images. A recommendation for anyone interested in earth,s history in spite of too much of Dr. Stewarts presence .
Amazing May 16, 2008 this is by far the best most interesting documentary i have ever seen and is amazing from start to finish
The power of the BBC natural history programme April 24, 2008 When you see that a natural history programme has been created by the BBC you expect a high quality production. This one sends shivers down your spine in places due to superb cinematography and is no exception to the rule.
Simply fantastic March 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's really an amazing series of documentaries. Dr Iain Stewart is very enthusiastic and it's great to see and hear people like him, even more on this kind of scientific topics. I ordered the DVDs without having seen the documentaries on TV. I was looking for something about our home planet, the way it was formed, shaped and still is, about the elements and their effects, something about the earth itself, something complementary to Deep Blue and Planet Earth. With that series, I've found what I was looking for. It's not just about global warming, whether natural or not. It's about our world in which we live even if where we are we can't see it because of all the concrete around us.

BRILLIANT - a must see, in laymans language, breathtaking stuff. One is being educated without knowing it - treat yourself, you will not be disappointed - five stars is not enough.
