The pillows are fine, and very nicely packaged in their own carrying bag. Unfortunately I had added two other bedding items from this company to my Wedding Wish List and in the time from when it was ordered by one of my guests to my receiving it some 3 months later, I had bought a bigger bed and needed to return the items. On the Amazon Wedding List page it says you can do this without the buyer finding out. This turned out to be only true for items bought directly from Amazon, not one of their featured sellers. In short, after numerous emails to Textile Direct and Amazon (who helpfully provided me with the order number) the items were grudgingly refunded to my wedding guest, so I had to tell him anyway. If this could have been done more easily and politely, I would happily have ordered a larger size bedding from the company and they would not have lost both the money and a customer.
