 DANGEROUS machine November 17, 2008
I have purchased one of these machines after having a braun one and i will urge people NOT to buy this machine. As mentioned in a previous comment about t discs being burst by the bosch tassimo machine i myself have experienced this happening to myself BUT i received first degree burns because when the T disc burst (cafe crema) it poured out BOILING water and STEAM all over my hand !! BOSCH now have my machine for examination yet tonight 17-11-2008 yet another T Disc has exploded pouring milk everywhere. Obviously i think it is about time i contacted the health and safety executive about this machine. Do NOT BUY THE BOSCH Machine. (You have been warned)

We had the Braun for about 9 months and that died a sudden death, but was used at least twice daily. Working for BOSCH, we snuck one of these home and its been brilliant. The design is more modern and whilst at times it can be a bit violent producing coffee it makes a great cup.
It's still going strong now!
However, my nan bought the Flavia fusion, the sachets make much nicer cups, u can alter strengths and cup sizes and best of all the sachets are cheaper per cup than these pods. When this one dies, we are moving systems.

We owned a Braun Tassimo machine which we liked, so when the new Bosch machine came out we thought we would upgrade to the new better machine. Big mistake there is known problem that this new machine is too powerful for the T Discs, the system uses which means coffee is sprayed around your kitchen and some of the drinks are unable to be made through this Tassimmo machine, tassimonknow about this but are unable to help the consumer at this time!!
The customer services are useless and very unhelpful.
Our machine was sent back for repair after a few weeks of ownership after the above mentioned fault kept on requiring, but was returned to us "after testing" with no faults found they obviously had not made a drink through the machine.
Now the descale function does not work, the only suggestion from customer services is to buy another cleaning disc and we should not use filtered water through the machine!
Please be warned think very carefully before buying one of these machines, they can make really nice hot drinks but so can other machines without the hassle!
