I am a very reluctant cook, but this little gizmo takes out a lot of the time, mess and hassle that puts me off. Small and simply-designed, it is very easy to put together and use, and stores away neatly in a drawer. The food goes in the clear tub at the bottom, then you fit the white motor on top, give the huge grey button on top a whizz and before you know it, you're cooking.
It's great for onions (no tears!), herbs, dressings - also useful for puddings, you can chop up nuts and chocolate and sprinkle them on ice cream.
Perfect for cooking midweek evening meals for one or two people, and I'd also recommend it for a student.
