This book is extremely helpful for completing the NVQ Level 3 - it explains everything very clearly and makes the whole NVQ process seem much simpler. It gives plenty of suggestions for use in practice and gives a whole new perspective to childcare

I've just started my NVQ 3 and this book is fantastic for guidance, information and motivation. It makes you reflect on your own practice too. Very easy to follow - written in a style that doesn't bog you down with jargon. Highly recommended.
