This is an excellent book and a must read for anyone interested in urban mission or church planting. There is warning of the danger of over-emphasis on meeting social needs at the expense of sharing the gospel, but this is not the focus. The chapters on story-telling are stimulating and challenging. Overall, the book should make practitioners think about 'church' and its various forms in the urban context.
