Looking for cooking ideas? It is always hard to know what books to buy and who can actually make a good cookbook. I am no pro, but I am a good cook...I like to try new stuff, see new ways, and being a man, EAT NICE FOOD!!! So ladies, step aside! The man’s in the kitchen. Fire extinguishers ready! COOK!
No one has tons of time to thumb through pages looking for a sauce to make after spending hours in the kitchen preparing the food, so with this book, sauces are easily at hand, fast to follow and accurate.
This can be used by first time cooks, knowledged, or pros, but pros have it all up in the head, so why spend money? NEW IDEAS! That's why....
I love and to cook and my wife and kids love the idea that I love to cook. These sauces can be made for my guests, or my kids, who are under 3 (slightly altered to taste of course :-).
With many redone recipes and many new ones, it is helpful and will remain in my kitchen for just quick ideas and exquisite sit downs....The pictures make me drool just imagining what I'll have for dinner tonight.
This isn't a vegetarian’s book, nor fat free, but if you can cook, you can adapt the ingredients to suit your own needs.
Very recommended!
