Low Fat but High Taste February 23, 2000 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
The majority of the recipes were tasty and practical, although some were a little adventurous. There are separate sections for meat, fish, pasta, pulses and salads. The section of fish dishes was particularly good and it was nice to see that lovers of desserts were not ignored. There is a section on both hot and cold puddings, proving that nice need not always be naughty. Each recipe contains nutritional data for the number cunchers out there. In summary a good all-round cook-book (though possibly a little over-priced, just like low fat foods!)
