Excellent, if over priced January 4, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had only ever owned a gameboy advance, but my friends showed me some videos and soon a wii was all i wanted. The nunchuck is an excellent add on as you need it for alot of the wii games and even though you get one with the console, if you get an extra wiimote you need one of these. Apart from the in-shop price of 0.00, it is excellent. You must buy one of these if you get an extra wiimote for your wii, otherwise you will regret it, as you will miss out on many hours of fun with your friends on almost every game!! A simple must buy if you have an extra wiimote.
Genius-ish January 4, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Wii is great. Truly great.
This nunchuk add-on allows for left-hand motion control (or right hand for you southpaws) which is the icing on the cake for Wii gamers. It also allows for additional control of movements using the mini-joystick and buttons on it.
There aren't many games out there that utilise this attachment at the moment, but if you have Wii Sports, then the boxing game will sell this to you.
Highly recommended
Great innovation January 4, 2007 The nunchuk is incredibly comfortable to use, even after after several hours of gameplay, and very intuitive. It feels good to not be constrained to just one controller. One thing I would recommend though is the glove, especially if you have sweaty hands!
Strange at first, but really works January 4, 2007 The Wiimote is unusual to use, but you get used to it. However, the oddest part of using the Wiimote is what to do with your other hand. Traditionally, you have had both hands on the controller, and this seems natural. Without something in your 'free' hand, game control doesn't seem as precise. However, once you plug the Nunchuk in, everything seems a lot clearer and control seems somehow even more natural. Playing the tanks game on Wiiplay is an absolute blast, and I can't wait to try it with games like Red Steel.
the guy before me was wrong January 3, 2007 the nunchuck is actualy a grerat piece of kit and i hqave a wii of my own so i know what im talkin about. Its a great adon to the great nintendo wii controller.
This item is esential to most games but over all its a good piece of kit.
