6 second abs + instruction booklet + DVD July 21, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Attractive principle but...I discovered after unpacking it that I needed the strongest pair of resistances that the booklet claims can be ordered from the manufacturers. Maybe they can - if you live in Canada or USA. I was told by the vendor that spare resistance bands could be obtained from JJB Sports - no such luck. My repeat requests to both JJB Sports and the manufacturers on how to obtain replacement bands- they can be lost or broken or worn with use as well as the wrong strength - have been met with silence. If you use it in the supine position it's more effective but the bands could get worn or lost or broken - you'd be better off with an incline bench.

This is not at all as it seems,(no Suprise there!) Got this hoping it would be harder than normal crunches, and would work better.I was very dissapointed, even on the highest bands it took me about half an hour to feel any kind of burn. no good at all, i would suggest investing in an incline bench if you want a better exercise for your stomach.
