THIS DOES WORK! I have lost 5 and a half stone and i am fitter than ever, and i am finally able to run round after my 4 children! this HAS changed my life.
It took maybe 3 days to get into my system but then the change was amazing, no more eating for the sake of it, I actually threw half my Sunday dinner away! I have never done this in my life, my kids and partner were open mouthed!
I lost 4 lb in the first week!
Trust me i have tried everything, I used trim secrets for 4 months and i just stayed the same weight but was able to eat what i wanted so it didnt curb my appetite. If you have NO will power and eat for eating sake rather than nutritional need then this is the pill for you!
I have gone from a size 20 to a 12 in 9 months.

I think i eat considerably healthy most of the time, my problem is I dont feel as though ive had a meal unless its of desperate dan size proportions! this pill has freaked me out as i have already had to throw away half a hotdog today half a baked potato friday and over half of my weekly saturday chinese!! whats happening to me? lol! only been taking them a week but i can already feel the difference dont know if its all in my head but who cares, their working for me!

Made from natural ingredients, i felt safe taking these pills but wasnt convinced if they were actually going to work. i took the suggested dose, one tablet 30 minutes before eating every meal, and if you eat slowly, you can feel yourself getting full. i found i couldnt finish some large meals, and felt less like snacking. i used to eat so much and not really think about it, these pills have definatly stopped me from eating more than i need to. They take a while to start working, but i have lost a little bit of weight.
