The concept of this quick is brilliant and perfect for me as a green tea drinker but in reality it is useless!
I bought my first quick cup 2 months ago, it lasted 4 weeks, Amazon quickly sent me another and that lasted 4 days.
I wont be buying a 3rd!

Bought one of these. Within 3 weeks it was faulty, it stopped heating the water. Returned it an got a new one. It lasted about 4 days before I had the same problem. AVOID and stick to a decent kettle!

It is pretty good when it works-water hot enough for me,but sadly it will stop heating the water after some time,usualy after 3 weeks.Mine stopped producing hot water after 25 days.Ordered replacement,to give another go but i think this product should be recalled because of this fault,cos lots of reviews points the same problem.
OK for two weeks November 1, 2008
It was fine for two weeks only, then the water went cold...tryed descaling it twice as the instructions advised and the water got even colder. Don't buy this product, its rubbish and I'm left craving freshly boiled coffee.

Ok this item is not any good for making tea as you really need boiling water but for coffee, hot chocolate ect it is brill, i could never be without mine now.
