Great Help for my Theory Test May 10, 2008
I used this program before my theory test and it has really helped me pass.
Both the mock tests for the multiple choice part and the hazard perception clips are exactly like the real thing, a lot of effort seems to have been put into making practising feel exactly like taking a real test.
Functions like, in a hazard perception test, seeing exactly when you should have clicked, or being able to print out mock tests, are a great help and make this program really good.
Owners of older PCs be warned however: This program didn't go easy on my PC and used a lot of both RAM and processing power (I have 2GB and 2.4GHz x2).
Apart from that, a really good product - I'd recommend it to anyine taking their driving test.

I was pleasantly surprised that this item delivered exactly what I was looking for - a study aid for the absolute beginner which would do away with the need to study the Highway Code evening after evening and cater for different learning styles. My only criticism is that despite a fairly comprehensive explanation of the Theory Hazard Perception test I was still confused as to what this test demands in terms of when to mouse-click (this is a criticism of the DSA as well) but then you can work this out with practice, using the disk. Having said that, I passed my theory test first time which I know I would not have done without this disk. That is why I am giving it 5 out of 5 and I will be taking up the LDC on their offer of a free driving lesson (see inside the front cover) and will probably use them for my driving lessons.

There is a lot to learn, but this is very easy and surprisingly fun to use - just follow the recommended order which is numbered. You do not need to buy any other supplementary materials. It allows multiple users to use the software and saves what each person has done so far. This has made me more confident to passing the tests.

Bought this for my nephew so he could practice in the run up to his test's and I'm happy to say he passed first time.
He said he found the software easy to use and highly relevant to the test.
Recommended.

As per the previous review, I would like reiterate how great this software is as well.
Worked a treat, exceptionally helpful and all for less than a 10.
