i bought this software as ihave a great interest in all matters medical.suffering from a number of fairly major conditions i felt it would be of use to me. the navigation of the software i found to be cumbersome.but the main fault i found with mosby`s was it`s american origen.therefore many of the drug names were not compatible with what we are familiar with on this side of the atlantic.if this had not been the case i would have been able to give the software a much higher rating.
