dumbo January 30, 2001 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
This little box set is fab! its got a small cuddly dumbo for you to play with while your watching this well known disney classic! The video is great and imaginative. The only con about the video is that when i was watching it with younger children they did get scared at one point of the video othen than that an alround great box! It would be perfect to give to someone as a present.
Excellent August 28, 2000 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Dumbo is one of the classic Disney animated features, the animation is stunning, the storyline is excellent, the voices are also excellent, and it is clearly Disney at its best
A Classic Film August 2, 2000 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is the classic Disney film everybody should have. As childhood memories of seeing dumbo on TV flooded back whilst watching, it almost brought a tear to my eye.The one downfall that stops this and every other Disney film getting topmarks is the lack of special features.
Not your usual disney storyline July 5, 2000 2 out of 9 found this review helpful
This film obviously has the normal disney aspects to it with its cutesy animation and tales of friendship. However it also contains some cold and upsetting songs and scenes which would have even me with a tear in my eye. It also contains some rather wierd aspects which any family would learn to enjoy after they had adjusted to them. Saying this however it is hard to deny that this film contains every quality that you would expect to see in a Disney movie. But if you are out for a tale of believable romance and adventure then this may not be the film for you due to its many unhummable tunes of which only one would catch your attention.
