The 3 people on the video obviously really enjoy what they are doing and the 2 "helpers" at the back sometimes get it wrong which gives me heart.

Got Lucy Knights Gymball video for Xmas. The workout is good, but she could learn a lot from the girl that does CardioBounce.

If you have a rebounder, you need this video!!!

This is a truly addictive, mood enhancing video workout. As an integral part of a calorie-controlled diet, it's a superb way to burn fat, tone up and get a cardio-vascular workout as you go, without the damaging impact on joints you get with hard surfaces. My energy and fitness levels have increased off the scale. It's good fun and I never tire of the routines. I would particularly recommend it to anyone who has neither the time nor the inclination to join a gym!

Hiya

Like most people who have a mini trampoline i didnt really know what to do with it. I could only manage about 10 minutes jumping or jogging on it before my legs were aching.

I bought this video and think its brilliant. Although you do work up a sweat the time passes really quickly and the video is really quite fun.

I think anyone who has bought a rebounder/trampoline and wants a cardio/aerobics based work out would love this video.

I think a lot of people have these rebounder trampolines at home and never really know how to use them properly. This video shows you how you can make the most of the equipment for an all-over body work out. Whilst the format of the video and the filming are a little dated now, the workout is not. After only a few sessions with this video, I could really feel a difference. If you have a rebounder, this video is worth every penny. I am just trying to convince my husband to use it now!

Talk about addictive! This workout had me laughing so much - its brilliant. Energetic exercises that do not leave you bored. The workout constantly changes "steps" throughout the 45 mins - whether its jogging, jumping from side to side - swinging your arms up in the air! Very similar to a fast dance routine with lots of moves...but err..on a trampoline. Will make you feel utterly high & ive seen improvements to my tone & appetite within just 1 week of doing it daily. You can do this every day, playing the video again & again - you will not be bored or irritated by it. Its funky, you'll laugh, have fun and the best bit is that you actually get results. Keeping this one a big secret from my friends.
