The second book of Boba's adventures during the Clone Wars. The book begins with Boba in the custody of Count Dooku on Raxus Prime and ties strongly into 'The Clone Wars' computer game. I liked reading Boba's reaction to encountering his father's clones (his own brothers to a certain degree), as well as his first encounter with a Jedi since seeing Mace Windu behead his dad. Following a stint masquerading as a refugee, Boba arrives on Bespin where he is approached by the bounty hunter Aurra Sing, who offers him a deal. I always enjoy seeing familiar elements getting revisited and Cloud City fulfills that nicely.
This book has the same strengths and weaknesses as it's predecessor, great plot elements but prose too juvenile to be satisfying to a serious reader. Basically, only for fans who have to know all the stories of the Galaxy Far, Far Away (people like me, for instance!).
