As an avid Irish dieter, I found this book rather disappionting. Men find it very difficult to diet, especially when living on their own. This book gave me no confidence in my cooking and seemed to resort to fat alternatives rather than showing me how to cut the fatty stuff out of the diet altogether. I found myself getting fatter and fatter whilst using this book, craving the fatty foods that my diet was meant to avoid. Heres hoping for a better one-pot (because I have only one) cookery book.
