Amazing beauty August 25, 2008 Nature is incredible and full of wonder. You keep being amazed and surprised. It is one thing to just shoot a picture from nature's wonders - it's another thing to capture it in such a way that it communicates a bit of the undescribable feeling that goes with the subject. In this book I find many images to show more than just an animal. There is more to it than shooting perfect - there's the ability to show the emotion of an animal and the art that surrounds nature. I highy enjoy this book. I am a photographer myself and I know that the images in this book are more than just shots. We have put the book on a central spot in our living room, where we open it on a different page each time, so we can enjoy the great variety of the animals shown. There is so much tenderness, power, speed, love and all kinds of emotions to be seen in this publication. Truly beautiful and full of wonders... If you want to be amazed once again by the great variety and splendour of creation, then this is a highly recommended book for you.

I am sure pleased i bought the paperback edition as I did not waste more money othe hard back because this the worst wildlife photography book I have ever come across. While some of the pictures and their subject are quite good far too many are amateurish in that they are out of focus, arty-crafty,discoloured and badly enhanced, The integrity of most pictures is destroyed by being spread over 2 pages with a crease in the middle. Why cant a proper sized book be published. Not a book to be recommended
