As an italian, I am very often suspicious about cooking coming from relatively new countries, like USA. The book is a demonstration that one should never be so secure about one's judgements! My compliments to the autor: I have tried already at least 20 different recipes and I never was deceived, not only that, I go so unfairly far to tell people that it is my cooking who makes the autors recipes so perfect!A little cheating is the spice of life!
