Very thorough book on its topic March 12, 2002
Cisco continue to find the best authors for networking problem areas books. Once again a super guide to almost everything performance and fault management based. Full of useful tips, techniques, ideas and views to some of the areas of networking that technical people forget about, ignore or dismiss. A definite must for anyone serious about becoming a well rounded networking person.
