Great Cookbook May 20, 2008 I love this book because the recipes are so simple with just a few ingredients yet the results are so tasty. It is great to have a cookbook that does not use tons of cheese and cream or yoghurt yet still produces fantastic results. I have cooked quite a few reciples from this book and have loved every one - I shall be buying more of Lesley Waters cookbooks!

I love cook books and have a whole shelf of them in my kitchen. I take them down from time to time and look at the pictures. This book is different. Ive made more recepies from this book than all the rest put together. The food is tasty, the ingrediants are easy to find and te recipies are fairly short and simple. One of the best things about this book is that it will lie reasonably flat! Id give it an extra star just for that if I could. THe book is well laid out with great photograpy. There is a good vegetarian section with proper main meal recipies for veggos. Ive already bought this book as a presant for two people and they use it a lot as well. Its a great addition to any cook book shelf.

This book is amazing and every recipe is simple to make for even a beginner. I would recomend it to everyone and have made at least half of the recipes in it so far.
Healthy Food can taste good! August 17, 2007 When I bought this book on sale at my local bookstore I didn't expect great things. I have a lot of cookbooks and often healthy food can taste a little bland. But I was pleasantly surprised with this book. Each recipie is really yummy and the ingredients aren't hard to find. The Maple and Apricot muffins are delicious for breakfast and the Smoked Fish Soup makes a great lunch treat. This also has plenty of pictures as well as step by step instructions to make cooking the food simple.
So overall I give it a 5 star rating- there's not one thing I'd change (except to have even more recipies!).

I am so glad that I bought this book. Every recipe tastes fantastic and is made with no fuss and everyday ingredients.
If you have 30 mins tops to make your evening meal and want something healthy this is the book for you. Everything I have made from this has been absolutely delicious and has been really quick to make.
I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Buy it, you won't regret it!
