Shows a detailed knowledge of the Grand Canyon and Northern Arizona area and the requirements of the landscape photographer visiting the area. Gives good general advice about photography in the area and then proceeds to describe the best 'tripod holes' and time of day and year to get some stunning photos. If you are visiting the area for the first time,then follow the author's advice and you can give yourself the best opportunities to capture the landscape. If you know the area, then you can recapture the excitement throgh the many excellent pictures included in the book
