Amazon.co.uk Review
Here comes Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po! The colourful, chubby, futuristic foursome get up to lots of adventures in this early collection of Teletubbies stories, with plenty of the wonderfully intriguing sounds--from the giggles of the Sun Baby, to the slurping sounds of Noo-Noo, to the "tuning" noise of the loudspeakers--that are the trademark of this BBC show, expertly created to capture the attention of babies and pre-school toddlers. Here Come the Teletubbies is the perfect first video to introduce youngsters to the show, with lots of short stories containing some Teletubby favourites--the tubby toast machine goes berserk and throws toast everywhere, the magic rain cloud appears and makes puddles to splash in, a surreal, computer-generated animal parade marches across the valley, Po makes a trail of tubby custard all over Tubby land and then falls over all the time. There are, of course, two short films of real-life children, from the TV-tummy of the Tubbies, that make this such fun for older toddlers too. --Alison Jardine

5 out of 5 stars Teletubbies at their best   April 15, 2002

We have a number of Teletubbies videos, and of course watch the occasional new episode on TV, but this is the best I have seen so far and undoubtedly is our young daughter's favourite. There is a delightful video of some young children in the rain and then a cloud comes and makes a big puddle in which all the Teletubbies get wet. This is followed by a computer animation of a parade of animals which always transfixes and delights our daughter. In fact this tape is just one delight after another - fantastic entertainment for tots from beginning to end.

5 out of 5 stars Introduces your child to the fun antics of the Tellitubbies   November 14, 2000

We really enjoyed watching the Tellitubbies with our son. This particular video is a good introduction to the Tinky Winky, Dipsy, LaLa, Po and, of course, our son's favorite Nunu (the vacuum) Unlike Dance with the Tellitubbies which is a bit boring, the skits in this video are quite fun--our son was transfixed. Good for ages 10 months/1year to 2years.
