Certainly worth a read March 6, 2006

The introduction is enough to put off any non religous person - ignore it. The initial chapters are a bit heavy going, but get into the meat of the book, and there are some very useful rules and guides about personal boundaries and communicating with others. Personally, it has cleared up a number of issues that I had, it has made me realise some of my issues relate to my past, and also it has provided me with some tools to take forward for the future. Not an instant fix, but then no book ever will be. For those on a journey of discovery for themselves and for those wishing to enhance their relationship, this is a book for consideration if you can bear all the americanisms.
