An average read . A lot of surplus information which may help some people . Not the best book on CFS I've read but is generally helpful .
Excellent book February 2, 2005 26 out of 27 found this review helpful
As someone new to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I found this book very helpful. It covers a wide range of potential causes, together with coping and recovery strategies. I have found that some CFS books tend to focus on one particular theory, but this book has no axe to grind. An excellent starting point for the "beginner" and a valuable resource for the more "experienced".
