 Gorgeous wildlife photography April 23, 2008
Untamed is a totally brilliant photography book. Amazing! It has some massive pictures of the most stunning subject matter, from horses to lizards! Plus it has some large pull-out images which are truly epic! It is a collection from the past 10 years of Steve Blooms photogrpahy. Theres creatures here from every continent, from every angle, from land, sea and air! Theres plenty of calm, still pictures, but its the action shots that are stunning. Rampaging wildebeest, lions taking down a hippo, leaping whales, you really get a feel of the motion., you can almost hear the hooves pounding. This is ideal for wildlife lovers and admirers of great photography, with 200 pictures to pour over. And to top it all, its such a reasonable price. This book is massive! A hefty tome indeed. Buy it and enjoy it! I Love it.

As soon as I saw this book in the shop I couldn't take my eyes off it. It's beautiful and very good quality pages and cover. All of the pictures are very moving and proffesional. I immeadiately fell in love with this book and instantly bought it. I have no regrets and totally reccomend this to anyone remotely interested in pictures and photography. Enjoy!

answering to those who say that the images are photo manipulated, as a photographer my self i say that 99% of the images out tehre have all been photoshopped in one way or anothre. I myself cant find which pictures they mean...
anyway as for the book, i find the images beautiful, showing the wild sid of our planet. I love the panning techniques he usually uses and the grainy high sensityive film he uses for his night shots add more atmposfaire. A great book for nature loversa nd photographers

I do not understand how reviewers can be disappointed with this book. The photos are just quite outstanding and the price is ridiculous. Excellent value for money coupled with some of the best photography i have seen in years. If you are an animal lover then this a is a book for you.

wow, this book is absolutly brilliant, i have just become interested in photography and am very inspired after reading this book.
you can tell that they have manipulated the images but they are still excellent.
i would recommend this book to anyone interested in photography or wildlife in general especially at the price.
