Ive just recieved this book and it is so inspirational. So much so i have just got back from the beach with some winkles. Something i would never thought to do. Whilst I was at the beach I was able to identify other items to eat that I will be going back for time and time again. We will all need a beautiful book like this if food gets more expensive.

A really nice little book, written from a child friendly angle but still bursting with hints, tips and recipes for using our local, seasonal fresh and free hedgerow & seashore pickings.
Would highly recommend reading if you have any interest in this area.
