Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Good book but...   July 17, 2007

...heavily oriented towards those that want to lug around full kit of SLRs and tele lenses etc. I'm over that stage now and just want to pocket a good small digicam so, for me, not so good.

Nice pics though.

Fabulous book, tells you everything from `buying the right stuff' to `what exposure is the best for what type of picture'. Everything is explained with big effort and many examples, so it's also a very good book if you are an amateur and want to learn more about your camera. However, a negative point then is that only half of the book is actually dedicated to landscape photography.
Worth buying when you just started to shoot landscape photographs or when you want to learn more about your camera to use it for landscape photography.
nb: the book includes wonderful pictures of the author Peter Eastway!
