This book gives a great introduction to the nature conservation movement and gives a chapter by chapter account of how the movement has been shaped over the last century. The text is informative and contains a lot of relevant facts and figures. I wouldrecommend this book to students of conservation or people who would like to gain an understanding of what nature conservation is all about.
