Condition: Beautiful old book in good condition, intact although rather worn. No pub. date, would guess late 19th/early 20thC. No d/j, lovely cover illustration (complete page design) of dragonfly in Art Nouveau style, and of bee/flower on spine, 4 colours & gold. Cover cloth is grey, darkened to light brown on spine. Flyleaves bear a double-spread watercolour of flowering English fields, in white grey & black. Colour plates in decent condition. Pages good quality thick paper, lightly tanned, occasional foxing, 4 pages hve small tear in bottom (about 1.5cm long) caused by a thin sharp point which has lightly pressure-marked a few pages either side, but otherwise all pages intact. Some are slightly loose at spine edge. Cloth cover is is lightly bumped at ends of spine and outer corners, and has 2 splits along lower sides of spine, due to wear (4cm & 6cm).
