A friend shared this book with me and I thank her. Terri Crisp is a true hero! She remains positive while cleaning up after countless thoughtless pet owners. When disaster strikes it is the helpless who are left behind in situations that leave them no chance of escape. Terri and company are often the last chance a stranded animal has for life. Terri is amazing. If every pet owner would read this book, the world would be a much safer place for our animal friends. Read this, and pass it on to a friend. It will change your life.

This was a book I could hardly stand to put down. I almost didn't want to finish it, knowing that there would be no more stories of rescues until I found a similar book. It's also very inspiring. Animal rescue is something I had considered doing, but I am now very much inclined to get involved!

A Dedicated Lady March 31, 1999
Terri Crisp is an amazing lady. I didn't think anyone could be that dedicated to saving and caring for animals. The book was very well written and catching. I read it when I was 11 and I fell in love from the first chapter.
