This book has a tantalizing 36-page color spread showing the ingredients used in its recipes. And the pictures look good enough to eat. Plus, if you don't know what a mergez is, or what sahlab, pekmez, quinces, colocasia or cardoon are, you can find a picture of these and other exotic ingredients here, with well chosen words of description.The ingredients for most recipes, but not all, are easy to get.
