Terrance Dicks July 21, 2008 If you were a Target reader in the 80s, you will have no trouble quickly falling in love with Terrance's simple, yet to-the-point Doctor Who story telling in "Revenge of the Jadoon." Not only did it completely feel like a new story for the new series, it had the feeling of the long-ago novelizations he would do for the classic series. This is a recomended light reading for the DW fan in your house.

I would highly recommend this book and all the other Doctor Who books as they are the most entertaining Science Fiction books on the market. I hope the writer's of these wonderful books keep them coming.

For those of us who do not have the privilege, and I greatly miss that privilege now taken from me, to view the TV show, a change in the character lineup, i.e., replacing blonde funny girl Rose with lovely mahogany-skinned beauty Martha, really takes more introduction that this first available book. At 112 pages, and written as if aimed at a much younger audience, it fails to really give the true into I was hoping for. I look forward to the first full novel. Quoth the Raven...
