Published in both a trade and limited edition (one hundred copies), this copy is signed "author's X" in red ink on the colophon, and additionally signed by Everson. Also, inscribed by Everson on the half-title "For Clayt and Barbara/at Kingfisher Flat/Dec 5. 1978".
