Bill Kane "gets it." This book should be required reading for anyone graduating from B school. Rather than obscure models and lots of HR babble, Bill crisply defines and details 49 compelling truths that echo my 30 years of experience dealing with people and organizational issues. The content is easy to access; the writing is crisp; There is not a ounce of BS in this book.

This book will help any individual or organization to work through the incredible challenges we all face when dealing with change. I recommend that any company going through a reorganization consider purchasing a copy for each employee to reference.

This book is beautifully presented -- easy to read, concise and logically organized. Each "truth" is invaluable and a lot of it is common sense. It's a great reminder book to keep in your desk.
