Never Get Stumped on a Project Again! March 15, 2008 I had been crocheting for over 30 years and never have I seen so many stitches to use for projects! This little gem of a book has easy-to understand instructions for the beginner as well as seasoned crocheters. I'll be presenting this book to two people I know -- one who's a beginner and one who's seasoned as I am. It's a must have for the crocheter's library - so add them to your library quickly before they go away forever.
excellent portable reference December 18, 2007 Find a used copy of this out-of-print reference guide and slip it into your crochet tote, particularly when you're away from home. This is a wonderful reference for those times when you find yourself bored with endless rows of single crochet and looking to adapt a pattern to make it your own.
You need this book!! August 7, 2007 This book is invaluable to me as I often create my own patterns using this book.

This beautiful little book has it all...stitch instructions, descriptions of yarns, and patterns galore, plus beautiful photos. But best of all, it is compact and travels everywhere with me!
Best Crochet Book January 21, 2004 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have owned this book for years and have to say it is one of the best crochet books I've seen! It not only shows you the basic stitches, but it gives you many different kinds of patterns that you can then use in many different ways. It allows you to be very creative as you can apply the patterns however you wish, blankets, sweaters, window treatments, etc. You decide! I have many beautiful things around my home thanks to this book! I would highly recommend it! I am actually in a panic right now because I can't find my copy....so I am ordering another!
