I ordered an Economics book for my high-school student. I rec'd an e-mail from seller within an hour thanking me for order. When the book hadn't arrived after 6 days, I contacted the seller because I had recently had problems with my package delivery and wanted to ensure the book had been mailed. Seller wrote back again within an hour, assuring me that the book had been mailed. Followed up with another e-mail next day to check if book had arrived. When I sent seller a message saying we finally rec'd the book, another immediate response thanked me for the sale. Great customer service and very pleasurable to deal with. Thanks!
