Just as it would be impossible to give you the experience
of tasting an orange thru descriptive words, there is no way
to explain the impact this book and his previous book,
"The Power Of Now", have had on me. My new perspective of
Adam & Eve, PMS, world religion, anger, love, compulsive thinking
and the second coming are staggeringly sane.
Since I am usually busy, I listen to it while driving.

Best book I have read in my life so far. Eckhart Tolle reinstates the Power of Now principles with style and clarity. Could not put it down. You will want to share with everyone you love. Highly recommend for spiritual seekers that are ready to take their consciousness to the level of oneness.

Tolle's Power of Now was perfect timing for me... 3 years ago. I literally "woke-up" to the moment, and, in the process, saved a bundle on psycho-therapy !
I thought that was pretty much "it". However, and, of course, there are always an abundance of ways to grow, and A New Earth helps define (and refine) the direction.
Though I have quite spiritual a bent, my mind learned more about my own hungry ego than "I" had anticipated... A great distinction took seed. In the process, I (note to self: use term loosely) understood much more of how the world (especially power, "religion", and politics) is currently working than I ever have before - in ways that are interesting to my mind, but not nearly as unfathomable to my self.
Tolle continues to simplify much of the human experience, and in those simplifications helps others to see into and beyond the flesh-dance.
Not a book that I would call, even inadvertently, a "spiritual" tome (unlike Autobiography of A Yogi), Tolle helps remind us that, if we are truly in the moment, the NOW, then we are linking-up with the Spirit of the Universe, and... that's what we are here for.
I just finished it, and I'm about to read it again !

I like Eckhart Tolle a lot. His teachings are very simple and inspiring. But this CD brings nothing new. It just repeats his old teachings.

I have been on the spiritual path since 30 years. When it comes to communicating to others about the fruits of that research however, I
feel that I am very inefficient. This book is the best book I know to comunicate in simple and practical terms the INEXPLICABLE. If you are ready it will take you to another level.
