South Beach?? North Beach? Puleeeze!!!!! What's next, the Flushing Diet? The Bronx Diet? The China Town Diet? These books only make people fat. Diet boloney!I guarantee you; the same fatties that will be on this diet will be on a different diet next year. A new fad diet. Diet's don't work. Exercise friends!
