The intro to this book is the best I've ever read in a "diet" book. The creamy-pasta was surprisingly delicious. I've enjoyed every recipe I've made, much like in Pam Anderson's other books.

There is no excuse for not preparing quick, low cal, full flavor meals when this cookbook is part of your kitchen library. It is my current "go-to" book after a hectic day and takes no more time then calling the pizza delivery guy. Hurray to Pam for sharing her life style change with her many fans!

I have been a subscriber to Cooking Light and Eating Well magazines but have always felt the recipes were lacking something. I am so impressed with the recipes I have tried in this book because they don't sacrifice flavor, are satisfying and quite easy to prepare (although they look quite elegant on the plate). I also like her idea of treating yourself each day with a treat/cup of tea. I have been having her fruit bar made with lemon curd and coconut with tea this week and I have not felt the need to splurge on calorie laden desserts (my weakness)! My husband has been showering me with compliments on my cooking since I've been making Pam Anderson's recipes. I haven't clued him in that he is actually eating healthier, that would spoil his fun:)

Her other books helped me get fat. I love her recipes! In this book, her advice is right on, and so sensible. These recipes look just as good as her other books, so I'm sure I'll love these, too. No goofy diets, which you "go off." She looks fantastic, and since I look like her "before" pictures, I'm hoping to look like the "current" ones, too. She's not too skinny, just healthy. If someone who loves good food as much as Pam does lost all that weight, there's hope for the rest of us.

I love it! Pam shares ways of preparing exquisite dishes with less fat and calories. None of the taste is compromised and you do not feel like a diet fanatic, small changes that make a great difference. I also recommend Finger Licking Different.
