Fantastic read for those who yearn to know God! You'll read this book...again and again and again. March 29, 2008
What an age we live in where one can find such wisdom without journeying to the Himalayas and being tested by a Master for years in order to learn the Truth. If you have practiced meditation and understand the value of finding a True Master, or if you've never meditated but desire to know God, then you will gain tremendous benefit from reading this treasure chest of spiritual secrets. The "Supreme Master Ching Hai"?
Oh, do PLEASE get over yourself! What? Just plain "Chang Hai" not good enough for you?
I think I'm going to write a book about my entomological experiences, titled
"The Cockroaches of My Life," by Grandmaster Supergroovalisticoprosifunkstication Sweet Daddy Jones."
Kinda makes "Supreme Master Chang Hai" seem a little ordinary, by comparison.

This well written and beautifully presented little book is a "must-have" for anybody who would like to go within and discover his/her True Self! Supreme Master Ching Hai has written these secrets from Her own experience on the Path, with so much love!

Master Ching Hai's book offers simple, yet profound common sense advice to help spiritual practitioners along the path. I find this book very helpful in renewing inspiration and settling my mind in order to meditate better. I recommend to anyone at all interested in spiritual growth. A joy to read!
