What Else Do You Need May 20, 2008
This book is an excellent book for grilling, rubs, marinades and sauces. It has wonderful pictures. I highly recommend this book. Thank You Weber and Real Grilling.

I would recommend this book for anyone looking for straightforward recipes that taste good and aren't too difficult or exotic. This was given to me as a Christmas gift and I have really enjoyed trying out several of the recipes. Everything that I have tried to-date has been good, and some have been truly exceptional. The author seems to have a lot of common sense, but also appears to be an accomplished chef. This has been a perfect recipe book to help me get out of the rut of just grilling chicken and hamburgers and to try some new recipes.
