 Amazing pictures November 23, 2008
This book is great. As a student I have found it to be very helpful! I use the pictures to follow along with lecture in class. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in the human body and how it works.

I am a nursing student and I love studying anatomy and physiology. I found this book by accident last night at the book store and I LOVE IT. I couldn't wait to get up this morning to begin looking at it. If all my textbooks were this beautiful, I would keep them out all the time as coffee table books. In my opinion, this is a wonderful accompaniment to traditional anatomy textbooks. Enjoy.

My daughter's anatomy and physiology professor recommended this book as a resource to supplement the text. It's a great source if you are pursuing a medical profession.

The best book of human anatomy I have ever seen. Very simple yet descriptive!
It is a pleasure to read and look at. Unbelievable 3D on video which is included. You will love it.

I originally saw this book on one of the tables at Borders when it first came out a few months ago. I didn't purchase it then because the full price was around $40. Luckily, I checked Amazon and they had it one sale for around $23. It was a great price for a beautifully illustrated and informational book. The entirety is filled with maps, charts, and diagrams of the human body as you would likely find in a doctor's office. I've learned a lot from it, yet there were a couple mistake that were apparent, such as: a pie chart that was mislabeled in that 3 of the percentages were mixed up (a larger portion had a smaller amount, etc.). Other than that small mistake, it has been wonderful.
