5 out of 5 stars Fun for Grandma & Grand babies   September 19, 2006

My little ones get so excited when Grandma is coming. Even more fun when they have a new book for her to read them, especially when it's about Grandma and Tickling!

My grandson likes this book and enjoys the lift-the-flap portion.

5 out of 5 stars Contemporary View about Grandmas   February 8, 2006

My kids received this book and the Grandpas book ("Grandpas are for Finding Worms") at their first birthday and they love both books.

The grandma book is so sweet and contemporary - one page even says "grandmas use computers". The things that grandmas do in the book are diverse and interesting. I like the book because it does show grandmas doing traditional grandmother things as well as non-traditional.

Another important point is that the lift-the-flap pages are very strong. My kids read these books at least once a day and not one flap has come off yet, not even a little bit.
